Refund policy

We're sorry the product wasn't right for you – but no worries, you can easily return it.

How to return:

• Pack the product securely in its original packaging.
• Fill out the information in the withdrawal request form "Withdraw Contract" in the lower right corner.
• Drop off the package at a shipping service point at your expense.
• Return address is Stolt of Sweden AB, Kuskahusgränden 1, 26142 Landskrona, Sweden. 

Return conditions:

• Returns must be made within 14 days of order.
• The product must be unused and in resalable condition. 
• Once we have received and approved your return, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
• The full shipping cost from us to you will be deducted from the refund.
